Submit the Quote Request Form with your company details, industry and approximate machine count. We’ll review immediately (within a few days or hours) and email a customized quote plus a brief overview deck with everything you need to get started. This quote will also include a free demo.
Most clients are fully set up within a week once the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received.
Our fully customizable platform was originally built with manufacturing and production environments in mind, helping teams minimize downtime, streamline dispatching, and keep operations running smoothly.
With that said, as our customers started using it, we quickly learned that the same tools and workflows have a powerful impact across many other industries where uptime, coordination, and rapid response matter just as much.
Today, our system is effective in industries such as:
- Manufacturing and Industrial Production
- Warehousing and Logistics
- Energy and Utilities
- Facilities Management
- Transportation and Fleet Operations
- Food and Beverage Processing
- Healthcare and Lab Operations
- Construction and Field Services
Because we offer full customization of machines, professions, downtime codes and personal filters
Yes. Memra supports global teams since times display in each user’s local time zone, and the platform allows machines and downtime codes to be displayed in their preferred language. Using browser tools for further translations can also be used for localization.
Access to the platform, continuous software updates, support, and onboarding resources (including a product overview/training deck). The training deck will guide users through setup so you can start measuring and improving quickly.
We offer 1, 3, and 5-year terms. Multi-year terms include a monthly discount (3% for 3-year, 5% for 5-year). Pricing is in USD, with a standard 2% annual adjustment on January 1.
Not as of now. Memra is intentionally designed as a user driven dispatch-based downtime system rather than a PLC-driven data-collection platform.
Here’s why:
Instant setup, no integration headaches. Many facilities don’t have PLC networks configured for external access, or they’d need expensive middleware to log each part count or machine cycle. Memra avoids that entire setup cost and can be deployed in days, not months at the cost of automatic downtime entries in the app.
Universal compatibility. Because it doesn’t depend on specific hardware, Memra works in any facility whether machines are decades old or brand new and scales easily across different plants.
Human-verified context. Operators capture the reason and response for each event. That qualitative traceability is often missing in fully automated systems and provides valuable insight into why downtime occurred.
Focused purpose. The goal is to replace radios, whiteboards, and scattered logs with a clean, traceable dispatch system that coordinates people quickly and clearly.
Absolutely. Email us to increase your machine count at any time. We’ll update your agreement and pricing to the new tier while keeping your original end date aligned.
Early termination is allowed, but prepaid amounts are non-refundable and the remaining fees for the term are still due. If payment issues arise, access may be paused until resolved.
Client data is treated as confidential, segregated by facility, and not shared with other customers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, use data only to provide and improve the service, and will notify you of any material breach as applicable.
